We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Your content, excluding credit  card information, may be transferred unencrypted over networks.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify  or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.

We strive to ensure the availability of our products, but product quantities may be limited. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION 

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for  all purchases made at our online store. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place  with us.

We provide access to third-party payment tools such as PayPal and Apple Pay, which are  provided “as is” and “as available.” By using these tools, you acknowledge and agree that we  are not responsible for their direct functionality or reliability. Your use of these third-party  payment options signifies your agreement to their terms of use.

These Terms of Service are effective unless terminated by either you or us. You may  terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us. 

SHIPPING POLICY 

Delivery 

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 10 working days. 
• Shipping Time: 

o UAE: 2 business days 

o All other countries: 3-5 business days 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking  information. We aim for a total order preparation and delivery time of approximately 13-15  business days from the date you place your order. 

• Twem Couture reserves the right to select the delivery courier based on the  destination on the country. 
• Shipping times may vary during bank/public holidays and peak periods. We are not  responsible for delays due to courier-related matters or severe weather conditions. 

ORDER CANCELLATION/RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY 

Order Cancellation You have the right to cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched.  Contact support@twemcouture.ae as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation and receive a  full refund. 

Returns and Refunds Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order  reference number, within 2 working days starting the day after you receive your order. If  already dispatched, you must return the goods following our return procedures for a refund  excluding shipping costs. The cost of return and care of the package is your responsibility  until it reaches us. 

EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY 

Refund or Exchange Requests To request a refund or exchange, please email us at  support@twemcouture.ae with your order number. 

Terms & Conditions 

• All items are your responsibility once in your possession. Handle goods with care and  return them via a method that insures the value of the goods. Retain proof of postage. • Items must be returned intact, unworn, and undamaged within 30 business days of  receipt. We reserve the right not to process returns that do not reach us within this  time frame. 
• Items must be tried on carefully without perfume or deodorant that could leave marks  or scents. Returns will be rejected if items show signs of wear or are returned without  attached tags and original packaging.

Exchange Shipping You may exchange items for a different size or design, within the  original price range, after we receive your original purchase. We offer one exchange per  order and will adjust any payment discrepancies. 

Return Shipping Costs You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees  are non-refundable. You may choose to return items directly to our warehouse. 

Refunds We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping to ensure quality. If you return an  item within 30 days of receipt and in line with our policy, we will issue a full refund to the  original payment method, excluding shipping costs.  

If your credit card has expired or been canceled, refunds will still be processed to the old card  number and will eventually reach your account, albeit potentially delayed.  

Refunds will reflect any promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase. All  promotional items received must also be returned, or their cost will be deducted from your  refund.  

Returns are processed in the order they are received and can take up to 7 working days to be  processed, possibly longer during busy periods. If you haven’t heard from us within 10  working days of sending your return, please contact support@twemcouture.ae. Refund  processing times may vary based on your bank’s policies. 

Damaged Items Items returned with damage caused by the customer or from insufficient  packaging will be sent back to the customer. 

CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE 

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued  use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
